Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Customers in the European Union

Consumers residing in the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases.

The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order.

After submitting your withdrawal request, please return the goods within 14 days.

The goods should be kept in good condition and returned in their original packaging whenever possible. Customers are responsible for the direct costs of returning goods, unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Under applicable law, jewelry made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized is not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal. Made-to-Order products that fall within applicable legal exceptions cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.

Customers Outside the European Union

For customers outside the European Union, returns due to a change of mind are NOT accepted. Only genuine quality-related issues will be considered.

Custom-made and personalized jewelry is non-returnable for all territories, subject to any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law.
