At ERVUREA, we carefully select our shipping methods to provide a reliable delivery experience for our customers.
All ERVUREA jewelry orders are shipped directly from China to customers in Spain and other European Union countries.
1. Shipping to Spain
For orders shipped within Spain:
Orders of €99 or more: Free shipping
Orders below €99: €6.99 shipping fee
Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Most orders are shipped directly from China using international shipping services. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and other circumstances.
For customized or made-to-order jewelry, additional processing time may apply.
2. Shipping to Other EU Countries
For orders shipped to other European Union countries:
Shipping fee: €12.99
Estimated delivery time: 12–20 business days
Orders are shipped directly from China.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and other circumstances beyond ERVUREA's reasonable control.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
For customized or made-to-order jewelry, processing may take longer depending on the customization requested.
If additional processing time is required, we will communicate this to you where appropriate.
4. Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the shipment has been collected by the carrier.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped from China to the European Union may be subject to customs procedures, VAT, import duties, or other applicable charges depending on the destination country and the shipping arrangement.
Where applicable, ERVUREA will provide information regarding applicable taxes, duties, or import charges before or during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information required for successful delivery.
6. Delivery Delays
Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for guidance only.
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside ERVUREA's reasonable control.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If an order has not yet been dispatched and you need to correct your address, please contact us as soon as possible.
ERVUREA cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
