At ERVUREA, we carefully select our shipping method according to the type of jewelry you purchase.

Some of our jewelry is fulfilled from our local warehouse in Spain, while our lab-grown diamond jewelry is made to order and shipped directly from our production partner in China.

1. Shipping to Spain

For orders shipped within Spain:

- Orders of €99 or more: Free shipping
- Orders below €99: €7.99 shipping fee

Moissanite Jewelry

Moissanite jewelry is fulfilled from our local warehouse in Spain.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched from our Spain warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry

Lab-grown diamond jewelry is made to order and shipped directly from China.

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for processing and dispatch before the order is shipped.

The delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and local carrier.

Because these pieces are made to order, the total time from placing an order to receiving your jewelry may be longer than for items fulfilled from our Spain warehouse.

2. Shipping to Other EU Countries

For orders shipped to other European Union countries:

- Shipping fee: €12.99
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Moissanite jewelry is normally dispatched from our Spain warehouse within 1–3 business days.

Lab-grown diamond jewelry is made to order and normally requires 7–10 business days for processing and dispatch from China.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

For customized or made-to-order jewelry, processing may take longer depending on the customization requested. Any significant delay will be communicated to you.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the shipment has been collected by the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For shipments from China, customs procedures, import duties, VAT, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country and the shipping arrangement.

Where applicable, any taxes, duties, or import charges payable by the customer will be clearly communicated before or during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information required for successful delivery.

6. Delays

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for guidance only.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside ERVUREA's reasonable control.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an order has not yet been dispatched and you need to correct your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

ERVUREA cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
